1. What is BetPractice?

    BetPractice is a privately owned company providing statistical research and football modelling services to customers, including professional punters and traders. We are not bookmakers, we are not providing tiping services, we are not betting company. We develop statistic tools and we let anyone to check and compare the odds, so to find the hidden edge. For the traders, we give the tools for the back/lay bet during the game.

2. How can I use all the online statistic toolsat the same time?

    From the user menu, if you have purchased more that one of statistic tool, you can choose which one you want to use and then you have to press on the link that it appears. After that, you can go back to the user menu, and you can select and press the link of the next tool. Each tool opens in a different window, so you can have all the online tools active and ready for use.

3. How often do you provide free matches during the week?

    We try to give one free game per league every day, if there is an active match day during the weekdays. Otherwise, we give free games every weekend, one game per day per different league. So, the user, has the opportunity to use the online statistic tools, Timestat & TimeGoal with multiple leagues.

4. How often do you update the database?

    BetPractice Team updates the database of the leagues after the end of the completion of match day. That means, that we update the database 3-4 times per week.

5. Can I purchase on a daily basis?

    Yes, the purchase is on daily / 3days / monthly / annually duration. Each one can use the online statistic tools Odds Compiler Platform & NextGoal  Predictor for free, as many times as they want, free of charge. There is no obligation to anyone who uses the tools for a free match or to check the tools with the free league.

6. What is the procedure that I have to follow, if I forget my username or password?

    If you forget your username, then you must visit our website and press on Login button. At the new window, Login window, you have to select the option "Forget all login details" and to fill in the form. After that, you must press the button "Send email". When we receive the email, we will cross check the email address that you gave us, and we will send back to you a new email with the username and the rest of the info that you have declared during his registration.

At the new window, Login window, you have to select the option "Forget your password?" and to fill in the form. After that, you must press the button "Validate user". After that, we will crosscheck the info that you have declared at the previous form with the info that you have declared during the registration, and if everything is correct, we will validate you and we will give you access only for this exact time. You have to select from the User Menu the option "Change account" and to fill in the specific form, in order to change the password and any other personal info that you want.

7. Can I change my personal info after the registration?

    Each user can change their personal info from the user menu at any time. The user has to select from the User Menu the option "Change account" and to fill in the specific form, in order to change the password and any other personal info that they want.

8. How could I cancel my active subscription?

    Unfortunately, you can not cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains valid since the day that it is expired. There is no obligation for the user to use or renew the subscription. Also there is no charge if the subscription remains valid. After the expiration day, every user remains active, unless he wants to de deleted from our records. In this case, the user has to send us an email with the specific request.

9. I try to login but I fail. How can I solve this specific problem?

    Please do not lose any more time. Send us an email using the contact form from the website, with the problem that you are facing. Also in the email you have to declare your username to save more time. Our team, will respond back to you within the next 48 hours with the solution to your problem.

10.How can I pay for my purchases?

    BetPractice uses Paypal for the payments. You can pay your subscription through Paypal when the eshop procedure is finished. In case you have a Paypal account active or you have a credit or debit card, you can use it to complete the transaction. BetPractice does not alllow direct payment through debit or credit cards. All the payments must be done through Paypal.

11.I complete the e-shop procedure, the transaction is successful, but I am not able to login.

    Please do not lose any more time. Send us an email to admin@betpractice.com or to info@betpractice.com, with the problem that you are facing. Also in the email you have to declare your username and the BetPractice activation code to save more time. Our team, will respond back to you within 48 hours with the solution to your problem.

12.I could not manage to complete the payment successfully. What can I do?

    Please select the "Cancel" button and you have to start the eshop procedure from the beggining. It is better not to try to complete the old session, because there is the danger to lose money or to face any other problem. If you continue to have the same problems, do not hesitate to contact us using the contact form from the website.

13.I do not receive the confirmation email. What is the next step?

    The most common problem is that the email address that you declared is wrong. Check your email address once more and retype it at the form that exists at the specific step of the eshop procedure. In case you are still having the same problem, then start the eshop procedure from the beggining and retype all your personnal data once more.

14.Are you planning to import new leagues in the database?

    It depends on the needs that the users will have at the near future. We try to collect data of the most famous worldwide leagues. If there are requests for specific leagues, it is our obligation to fulfill every request.

15.What is the expiring time session of the online statistic applications?

    The expiring time session of the online tools is set to 45min. If the user will not interact with the tools, then the session will be expired and the user has to login again. This applies for every tool for security reasons, so if a user forgets to logout, then the program will take over this action on behalf of the user.
